This explains what happens to the details you send us. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you put into an enquiry. Depending on the form that is your name, email address, phone number, the surface or product you want printed, and whatever you write in the brief. If you send artwork or photographs of an object, we receive those too.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation sits with WhatsApp under their terms as well as ours.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, to quote the work, and to produce the job if you go ahead. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone for marketing.

We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracking script, and nothing is stored in your browser. Pages load from this domain only.

If that changes, this section changes with it.

Who else sees it

The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes the request in order to serve the page. Enquiries are delivered by email through a mail provider. Those are the only third parties involved, and they act on our instructions rather than for their own purposes.

Where a job needs a supplier — a courier, for instance — we pass on only what that supplier needs to complete it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while there is a live conversation and for as long as we may need the record of a job we produced. Artwork is kept so a reorder can be matched to the original. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@sunstudio.ae or call +971 4 346 7422 and we will deal with it.
