LSINC PeriQ360 — Made in the USA. Cylindrical work is a different machine problem from flat work. The object turns on a spindle while the heads jet ink perpendicular to the surface, so the artwork wraps a full 360 degrees with no seam and no label edge. It is what lets a bottle, a jar or a tumbler be printed as the object it already is. Used for Cylindrical & 360° Printing, Perfume Bottle Printing, Cosmetic Packaging Printing, Candle & Jar Printing.
Direct Color Systems UV84 — Made in the USA. A flatbed holds the work still and moves the heads over it, which is what rigid and flat material needs. The white channel runs on its own recirculating head, and that is what makes colour read as colour on dark, clear and metallic surfaces. Direct Color Systems holds patents on building raised characters and Braille domes in layers of cured ink, so tactile signage is printed in the same pass as its background. Used for Glass Printing, Acrylic Printing, Metal & Aluminium Printing, Braille & Tactile Signage.
IQDEMY Belt UV — Made in Switzerland. A belt carries material through the machine instead of holding it on a fixed bed, which is what long and repeat-length work needs. IQDEMY develops its own UV LED machines, inks and primers in Europe, built for production runs rather than proofing. It is the engine behind our longer panel, signage and display work. Used for Wood & MDF Printing, ACP Panel Printing, Signage Printing, Retail & Display Printing.
wallPen E2 — Made in Germany. The wallPen reverses the usual order of things. Rather than printing a panel here and hanging it there, the machine travels to the wall and prints onto the finished surface in place: the head rides a laser-guided platform along the foot of the wall and scans vertically, curing as it goes. There is no panel to fabricate, ship, seam or hang. The manufacturer lists plaster, wallpaper, brick, stone, latex-painted walls, wood, metal, glass and most tile among the surfaces it prints. Used for Wall Printing.
Modico ModiTreat — Made in Germany. Pre-treatment is a separate step, not a setting on the printer. This station prepares smooth, non-porous and coated surfaces so that ink has something to bond to before a drop is laid. What any given job needs depends on the material and the application: cleaning, degreasing, or an adhesion promoter of the kind the ink manufacturer specifies.
IMAGO Vulpes Pro — Made in Poland. Food printing needs its own machine and its own ink. IMAGO Printer of Lublin, Poland builds the Vulpes range as its food line, printing artwork onto chocolate, macarons and bakery items directly rather than onto a wafer disc laid over them. Edible inks are specified and documented separately from our UV inks.
