Ajmal Perfumes, one of the GCC’s long-established perfume manufacturers, brought Sun Studio a full aerosol run.

Amber Tide, Mystic Bliss, Tropical Mango and Pear Hug, printed full-wrap directly onto the aluminium cans.

Full 360° wrap, four SKUs from a single set-up

The requirement

Four distinct artworks across one production run, printed 360° onto a curved aluminium body with no label and no shrink sleeve, while holding brand colour and the gold logo consistently can to can.

What we did

The cans were printed direct, edge to edge around the body, so there is no label seam and no sleeve to shrink or misalign.

All four designs ran from a single set-up rather than one per SKU.

The outcome

A label-free finish with print quality edge to edge, four SKUs delivered from a single set-up, and packaging that survives retail handling in the Gulf.
