Wall printing.

← All insights

A printed wall is the one job that never comes to the studio — the printer travels to the wall and prints the artwork onto the finished surface at full size, with no sheet, no adhesive and no seam. These guides cover how that works in practice, from the machine on the rail to the state the wall has to be in before anyone switches it on.

If you are pricing a project, start with the cost-per-square-metre guide and the comparison against wallpaper and vinyl. If you are specifying one, the mural and interiors guides describe what the surface has to give you and where a printed wall is the wrong answer.
