Sun Studio prints your design, photo, logo or name directly onto phone cases, in every case material, at our studio in Al Quoz, Dubai. You bring the cases, or we source them on request; we print them, and the finished cases are delivered within 2 days of design approval.
It suits one personalised case and a corporate run alike: there is no minimum order, every case can carry a different name, and the price per piece falls as the quantity rises. The ink is cured onto the case itself, so the design is part of the case rather than a sticker on it.

What we print on phone cases
We print on phone cases in every material. Each one is prepared its own way, so we look at the case before confirming the job:
- Hard plastic cases: polycarbonate and similar rigid plastics, which take UV ink well once they are properly cleaned.
- Soft and flexible cases: silicone and other soft cases. Silicone needs treatment before the ink will hold, and because a cured ink film is rigid, the design belongs on the flat back, away from the edges that bend.
- Leather and PU leather cases: printed in full colour or in white. Natural leather and PU behave differently; see leather printing.
- Metal and gold-finished cases: a white base keeps colours true on a bright metallic surface, or it is left out so the metal shows through the design.
- Wood and other rigid backs: printed with the grain showing through, or over white where a colour has to match exactly.
Full colour, white ink and raised texture
What a case can carry depends on its material and its colour:
- Full colour Photographs, logos, gradients, and Arabic and English text in one design.
- White ink Under the colour on dark, clear or metallic cases, or as a white design in its own right.
- Raised texture Ink built up in layers so the design can be felt as well as seen, like the crocodile-skin case at the top of this page.
- Clear cases White behind only the parts that must stay opaque, so the phone shows through the rest.
- A different name on each Names change from a file, with no new set-up between cases.
Cases we have printed
The case at the top of this page is our work: a crocodile-skin pattern printed in raised ink, so the scales can be felt as well as seen.

Personalised cases: a different name on each
Because there is no screen or plate, every case in a run can carry a different name, initials or photo, printed from one set-up. That suits staff and client gifts, events and family orders alike.
