Printed Qahwa Cup Sets for an Emirati Corporate Gift
Velvet Soap came to Sun Studio with a job for one of their own clients: a confidential Emirati corporate that wanted to give its employees something traditional and genuinely meaningful, rather than another branded object destined for a desk drawer.
Velvet Soap developed the idea and produced the artwork. We printed the cups.

The brief
Corporate gifting reaches for a logo by default, and a logo on a qahwa cup turns it into a company object. Company objects live at the back of a cupboard. Velvet Soap had already solved that half of the problem.
Our approach
Ours was the production half: holding a photographic scene identically across every cup, wrapped around a curve, so a set reads as one piece rather than a batch that happens to share a design.
Delivered boxed and ready to hand over, one set per employee.
